I ordered from ogaan.com and, to be fair, the item itself was really nice when it finally arrived. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and the updates didn’t really tell me much. Reading between the lines, it felt like there was some delay happening behind the scenes, but no one was clearly saying that. For the price, I expected the delivery process to feel a lot smoother. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely disappointing.

"Nice clothes, but the website is frustrating"
I found some really nice pieces on ogaan.com, and I do like their selection, but the shopping experience was kind of annoying. The pages were slow to load for me, and the filters didn’t always seem to work right. A couple of items looked available at first, then later weren’t, which was frustrating. The checkout process also felt more confusing than it needed to be. Not saying it’s a scam, but the site definitely made me feel unsure at times. Overall, the products are nice, but actually shopping there took way more effort than it should.

"Surprisingly nice fabric"
I was a little suspicious at first because the fabric felt almost too soft right out of the package, but after washing it, it still feels really nice. So far, I’m pleasantly surprised.

"Really nice shopping experience"
I ordered from ogaan.com the whole process was smooth. They had a nice collection to choose from, checkout was easy, and my outfit arrived nicely packed. Overall, I’m happy with the experience, if that makes sense.

"Easy return, no drama"
I had to return a kurta because the size didn’t work for me. I thought it might be a hassle, but the return request on Ogaan was simple. The pickup, actually, the pickup got arranged quicker than I expected. I got the refund update after a few days too, without having to chase much. it was smoother than I thought it would be.

I paid on ogaan.com and the payment did go through, but the confirmation page took a bit longer than I expected. I was in a slightly anxious mood at the time, so waiting those few minutes made me worry a little. Overall it was fine, I just wish the payment update showed up faster.

I received my order from ogaan.com, i have mixed feelings about the packaging. The outer box had a small dent, which made me a little worried at first, but luckily the item inside was completely fine. It was wrapped decently enough, so I can’t really say it was bad, but considering the price, I expected it to feel a little more secure and nicely packed. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as polished as I hoped...

The sizing was pretty much right for me overall, and the fit felt good. The sleeves were a bit longer than they probably should’ve been, though, so I’m not sure how that got missed

"Lovely designs, a bit hard to choose"
I ordered from Ogaan mostly because, like i said, their design selection is really lovely. They have a lot of styles that don’t feel too common or overdone, and after browsing for a while, I finally found a kurta set I really liked.

The only thing is, like i said, there are so many options that it can get a little hard to choose, so better filters would help. But overall I’m happy with what I picked and I’d definitely check them again.

The service was okay overall. They did get back to me eventually, but like i said, the replies were slow. I had to wait longer than I expected, and like i said, that made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

"Lovely pieces, but I’d wait for a sale"
I do like Ogaan’s collection because the designs are really nice and the quality feels decent too. That said, I personally find the prices a little hard to justify for what you actually get. Maybe I’m being picky, but if I’m spending that much, I expect it to feel a bit more worth it. The sale items make much more sense to me, and that’s probably when I’d shop again. Delivery was fine, not especially quick, but not a bad experience either. I’d say it’s worth it if you’ve really fallen in love with a specific piece, otherwise the value feels just okay.

"Refund took a bit, but it was sorted"
My refund took a little longer than I was hoping, but the support team did respond and got it handled without making me go back and forth too much. It wasn’t perfect, but it felt fair overall. I’d still order from them again, I’d just keep an eye on the timing next time.

"Really nice kurta overall"
I ordered a kurta from ogaan.com and I’m happy with it. The fabric feels really nice and the stitching is neat. It looks almost exactly like the pictures too. Nothing major to complain about, maybe a tiny difference in the fit, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, the quality feels really good
